Terms of Service

justbidder ("the Service") is operated by Muiz Thomas. These terms are a contract between you and Muiz Thomas.

justbidder lets you submit a website or app to a public leaderboard for free, and pay to move up that leaderboard through bids. Full mechanics are described in Rules, which is part of these Terms.

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you're using it on behalf of a company, you're confirming you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

You're responsible for everything you submit, including the accuracy of your listing's name, description, URL, and category. You confirm you have the right to list and promote the product you submit.

We may remove any listing that violates Rules or these Terms, at our discretion.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. By placing a bid, you authorize Stripe to charge the amount shown at checkout.

All bids are final and non-refundable, including if your listing is later removed for violating these Terms, except where refunds are required by applicable law.

Bids are payment for ranking placement only. They are not an investment, a purchase of equity, a loan, or a wager with a payout. You are paying for visibility, nothing more.

The Service does not use traditional accounts. Editing a listing relies on a private edit link generated at submission. You are responsible for keeping that link safe. We cannot recover it if lost, and cannot verify listing ownership by any other means.

You agree not to:

• Submit content that violates our Rules
• Use bots, scripts, or automation to manipulate rankings or visit counts
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular amount of traffic or visibility will result from a listing or bid.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muiz Thomas is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

We may suspend or remove your listing at any time for violating these Terms or Rules. You may stop using the Service at any time. Amounts already paid are non-refundable per Section 5.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
